Instructions and operating specifications: For storage, choose a dry, ventilated, unobstructed location that is easy to access, away from fire sources, power sources, high temperatures, and flammable, explosive, toxic, or harmful gas areas. Avoid direct sunlight, severe impact, and liquid immersion. The storage environment temperature should be controlled at -10℃~40℃. Take moisture-proof and dust-proof measures. Coil the long hoses neatly and place them in a dedicated storage box. If not used for a long time, run the blower for 5 minutes every month to check the fan's operating status and alarm function to prevent component aging. Before use, perform a comprehensive inspection of the blower: check that the fan appearance is free of damage, wires are free of damage and aging, long hoses are free of damage, blockage, and leakage, and connection interfaces are not loose; check that the audible and visual alarm system is normal; after power-on, the standby green light is on, and after startup, the red light is on; cutting off power triggers the alarm; check that the filter is clean and free of debris blockage. Place the blower main unit in an environment with clean outside air, ensure the air inlet is unobstructed, and ground properly to avoid static accumulation. During installation and operation, connect the two long hoses to the fan interfaces by rotating and tightening them. If multiple users are needed, a multi-way connector can be installed. Connect the other end of the long hoses to the breathing mask interface and secure it. Thread the long hoses through the belt buckle and tighten to prevent tugging from affecting mask wearing. Check the airtightness of the whole unit by sealing the end of the long hose with your hand and inhaling; if you feel resistance, the seal is good. Start the blower and test whether the air supply is stable and breathing is smooth before entering the work area. During use, both operators must simultaneously check the air supply status. If abnormal air volume, air interruption, or alarm sounds occur, immediately stop operations, evacuate to a safe area, and troubleshoot. It is strictly forbidden to place the blower main unit in a toxic or harmful environment, or to pull the long hoses arbitrarily to avoid loose interfaces and air leakage. Adjust the flow control valve according to operational needs to ensure breathing comfort. After use, turn off the power, disconnect the long hoses and masks, clean the fan surface, air inlet, and long hoses of dirt and dust, coil the long hoses neatly, check the blower, long hoses, and interfaces for damage, and repair or replace them promptly. Clean the filter, dry it, and store it in place. Keep equipment usage records. For daily maintenance, regularly check the fan motor operating status. Perform a thorough inspection every 3 months, clean internal dust, and check the sealing performance of wires and interfaces. Regularly replace filters and aging parts, check the wear of long hoses, and replace damaged long hoses promptly. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble or modify fan components arbitrarily, or to replace power supplies or parts in explosive environments. Non-professionals must not debug or repair the equipment without authorization. Ensure the blower is always in good operating condition. Service hotline: 130-6003-1111
