Forest Firefighting Water Bag

Forest Firefighting Water Bag

Double-layer TPU transport bag, pressure- and drag-resistant; one firefighter can carry several — the backbone of long-distance water supply lines.

The forest fire water bag is a key component for long-distance, high-pressure water delivery in forest fire suppression systems, specifically optimized for complex environments such as mountains, ravines, and shrubs.

- Double-layer composite structure: The outer layer is precision-woven from high-strength polyester filament using a circular loom, offering abrasion resistance, tear resistance, and puncture resistance, allowing it to be dragged over rocks, roots, and steep slopes without damage. The inner layer is a food-grade polyurethane (TPU) lining with a smooth inner wall, low water resistance, high water delivery efficiency, and resistance to cold, aging, and acid/alkali corrosion.

- Lightweight and portable: Weighs over 40% less than traditional rubber water bags, allowing a single firefighter to easily carry multiple bags, significantly reducing physical exertion during long treks.

- High-pressure stability: Working pressure up to 1.6–4.0 MPa, with burst pressure over 3 times the working pressure, eliminating the risk of bag rupture or leakage and ensuring stable water delivery over long distances (300–500 meters).

- Quick connection: Equipped with standard forest-specific quick couplings (bayonet/male-female), which lock on insertion, provide a tight seal, and allow fast disconnection. Extension sections can be quickly joined without tools.

- Extreme environment adaptability: Operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, remaining flexible and non-cracking in extreme cold and non-hardening in high heat.

- Full range of specifications: Common diameters of 40 mm (1.5 inch) and 50 mm (2 inch), standard lengths of 20 m, 25 m, and 30 m, with custom options available.

Fully compliant with GB 6246 "Fire Hose"* standard, widely used in forest, grassland, mountain, and garden firefighting scenarios. It is essential equipment for firefighting and safe water supply.

Product Details

The forest fire water bag is a key component for long-distance, high-pressure water delivery in forest fire suppression systems, specifically optimized for complex environments such as mountains, ravines, and shrubs. The outer layer can be dragged over rocks, roots, and steep slopes without damage; the inner TPU lining provides high water delivery efficiency and resistance to acid/alkali corrosion.

Compared to traditional rubber water bags, it is significantly lighter, allowing a single firefighter to easily carry multiple bags, greatly reducing physical exertion during long treks. It is equipped with standard forest-specific quick couplings for fast connection and extension, making it a backbone component of forest fire water delivery systems.

Applications

Applicable scenarios: Long-distance water delivery for forest and grassland firefighting, combined operations with portable fire pumps/water cannons, water delivery in complex terrains such as mountains and ravines, and wartime reserve during fire prevention periods.

Non-applicable scenarios: Conditions exceeding rated working pressure, and extreme dragging environments with unremoved sharp objects (should be avoided as much as possible).

Installation Plan

Upon delivery, conduct pressure testing at working pressure for acceptance → verify test reports → coil and store in warehouse. During use, connect according to the "mainline long bag + attack line short bag" configuration. After use, clean, air dry, and coil for storage to prevent mold and aging.
