Toxic and hazardous gas detector (pump-suction 4-in-1), strictly manufactured in accordance with GB12358-2024 "General Technical Requirements for Workplace Environmental Gas Detection Alarm Instruments" and GBZ 2.1-2019 "Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Agents in the Workplace Part 1: Chemical Hazardous Agents". It is a core gas monitoring device for industrial operations and emergency rescue, available for batch procurement to meet gas monitoring needs in various high-risk scenarios. The product's core function is real-time monitoring of the concentrations of four high-frequency risk gases: combustible gas, oxygen (O₂), carbon monoxide (CO), and hydrogen sulfide (H₂S). With pump-suction sampling design, it enables remote and deep sampling, quickly capturing gas concentration changes and promptly issuing audible, visual, and vibration alarms, effectively solving the pain points of sampling lag and limited detection range of ordinary diffusion detectors, and preventing gas leaks, oxygen deficiency, poisoning, explosion, and other safety accidents. The detector features a high-quality wear-resistant shell, built-in electrochemical and catalytic combustion combined sensors with a service life of 2-3 years, strong anti-interference and anti-corrosion capabilities, high accuracy with detection error ≤±3% FS, response time <30 seconds, and quick feedback of detection data. It is equipped with a high-definition display that shows the concentrations of all four gases simultaneously. Simple operation: single-key power-on completes self-check and warm-up, no complex training required. Supports custom alarm thresholds, data storage and export functions. Some models can be equipped with Bluetooth module for real-time data transmission. The device is portable and lightweight, weighing only about 165g, easy to carry by hand. Protection rating IP67, withstands 6-meter drop impact, and operates in temperatures from -20°C to 50°C. Suitable for harsh conditions such as humidity, dust, and oil contamination. Full certifications, with test report and explosion-proof certification, balancing accuracy, portability, and safety. It is an essential gas monitoring device for high-risk places such as chemical plants, mines, confined space operations, and fire rescue.
Instructions for Use and Operating Procedures: For storage, choose a dry, ventilated, unobstructed location that is easy to access, away from fire sources, power sources, high temperatures, and flammable, explosive, toxic, or hazardous gas areas. Avoid direct sunlight, severe impact, and liquid immersion. Storage temperature should be controlled between -10°C and 40°C. Take moisture-proof and dust-proof measures, and place it in a dedicated protective case. If not used for a long time, power on the device for 5 minutes each month to prevent battery depletion. Before use, perform an inspection of the detector: check that the exterior is undamaged, the sensor air inlet is not blocked, press and hold the power button to turn it on, wait for self-check (30 seconds) and warm-up (5-10 seconds) to complete, and confirm the screen displays "READY" and normal values (O₂ approximately 20.9%Vol, other gases at 0). Check calibration status; if "CAL DUE" (calibration due) is displayed, stop using immediately and perform calibration. Regular calibration is recommended once a month, and mandatory verification before first use. During detection, activate the pump-suction function, point the sampling tube at the detection point, keep the instrument at a height of about 1.5 meters from the ground, avoid breathing directly on it, and wait 3-5 seconds for the reading to stabilize before recording. Before confined space entry, perform layered detection in order of "upper → middle → lower", with special attention to the bottom for at least 30 seconds, and confirm gas concentrations are within safe limits before entry. During operations, continuously monitor and record data every 15 minutes. During use, if detection values exceed preset alarm thresholds, the instrument will trigger audible, visual, and vibration alarms. Immediately evacuate to a safe area, ventilate, and retest. Do not return until the leak source is identified. Avoid detection in strong electromagnetic environments or where exhaust or steam directly blows on the device to prevent data deviation. After use, allow the instrument to return to zero in clean air, then power off. Clean the instrument surface and air inlet of dirt, check sensors for damage, charge the battery, and place it back in its protective case for storage. For daily maintenance, regularly calibrate the detector: perform routine adjustments every 3 months and annual verification. Replace aging or damaged sensors and batteries promptly, and keep the air inlet unobstructed. Strictly prohibit disassembling or modifying instrument parts without authorization, and never replace batteries in explosive environments. Non-professionals must not debug or calibrate the instrument without proper training to ensure the detector is always in good monitoring condition. Service hotline: 130-6003-1111
Widely used in petrochemical plants, mines, confined space operations (sewage tanks, storage tanks, cellars), fire rescue, tunnels, wastewater treatment plants, laboratories, painting workshops, power facilities, and other locations where toxic and hazardous gases, combustible gases, or oxygen deficiency risks exist. Suitable for pre-entry detection in confined spaces, real-time monitoring during operations, emergency detection of hazardous chemical leaks, and routine inspections. It can quickly detect concentrations of four core gases, especially suitable for confined spaces and remote detection needs. It can accurately capture subtle concentration changes and promptly issue alarms to remind workers to evacuate. It complies with various industrial safety standards and fire monitoring requirements, effectively reducing the incidence of gas accidents and providing reliable protection for workers' lives and production safety.
