Chemical Safety Storage Cabinet

Chemical Safety Storage Cabinet

Flammable/chemical safety cabinet with venting and sump — compliant hazardous-material storage.

National standard chemical explosion-proof cabinet, strictly produced in accordance with the GB 3836 series explosion-proof standards and chemical storage regulations. It is a dedicated explosion-proof storage equipment for storing various chemical reagents, flammable and explosive substances, and corrosive chemicals. It can be batch purchased to meet storage needs in various high-risk scenarios. The core function of the product is to safely and hermetically store various dangerous chemicals, effectively isolate fire sources, prevent leakage, suppress combustion and explosion, avoid safety accidents caused by chemical volatilization and leakage, and effectively solve the pain point that random storage of dangerous chemicals can easily cause safety hazards. The cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, the surface is treated with electrostatic powder spraying anti-corrosion treatment, and the inner wall is equipped with anti-corrosion coating. It has excellent corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and fire resistance, can resist corrosion by various chemicals, and is suitable for complex environments such as laboratories and chemical workshops. The structural design is scientific and reasonable, with professional configurations such as explosion-proof door locks, explosion-proof vents, and leak-proof trays. The leak-proof tray can collect leaked chemicals to avoid spread and pollution; the interior is layered and partitioned, and chemicals can be stored by type. The cabinet door has an observation window for direct viewing of the internal storage. It is easy to install, can be fixed on the floor, has complete qualifications, and comes with an explosion-proof test report. It combines safety and practicality, and is essential chemical storage equipment for laboratories, chemical enterprises, gas stations, pharmaceutical factories, and other high-risk places.

Instructions and operating specifications: When installing, choose a location away from fire sources, power sources, heat sources, and evacuation routes. Place it on a flat surface and secure it firmly with anchor bolts to ensure the cabinet is stable and loose-free. Make proper anti-static grounding connections to avoid danger caused by static accumulation. After installation, check that the cabinet door opens and closes flexibly and seals tightly. Post dangerous chemical storage signs and explosion-proof warning signs. When storing, place different dangerous chemicals in separate categories and zones. It is strictly prohibited to mix incompatible substances (for example, acid and alkali reagents should be stored separately; flammable and explosive items should be stored separately from oxidizers). Arrange them neatly without squeezing or exceeding the height limit. Ensure chemical containers are sealed properly to avoid leakage. Regularly check the leak-proof tray. If chemical leakage occurs, clean it up promptly and replace the absorbent material in the tray. During daily use, regularly open the explosion-proof vents for ventilation to reduce the concentration of chemical vapors inside the cabinet. Check the cabinet body for damage, rust, or coating peeling; repair promptly if damaged. Check the explosion-proof door locks and sealing strips for integrity, and ensure vents are unobstructed. Address any issues immediately. It is strictly prohibited to store debris or flammable/explosive items inside the cabinet, to leave the cabinet door open for extended periods, or to bring open flames near the cabinet. In emergency response, if chemical leakage occurs, immediately close the cabinet door, open the vents, and clean up after wearing protective equipment. If combustion occurs, immediately use a suitable fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire. It is strictly prohibited to use water to extinguish fires involving oils or chemicals. For daily maintenance, regularly check the cabinet's explosion-proof performance and anti-static grounding. Conduct a thorough inspection once a quarter, clean dust and residual chemicals inside the cabinet, and check components such as the leak-proof tray and vents to ensure the cabinet remains in good explosion-proof condition. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble or damage the cabinet and its explosion-proof accessories, to make unauthorized modifications to the cabinet, or to store dangerous chemicals beyond the explosion-proof rating range. Non-professionals must not debug or repair the cabinet without authorization to ensure safe chemical storage. Service hotline: 130-6003-1111
