Project Background: The flood control department conducted centralized procurement before the flood season, requiring complete documentation and on-time delivery.

Implementation Plan: Based on reserve quotas, we provided a list and quotation, supplied flood rescue boats, national standard life jackets, and supporting water equipment, with direct logistics delivery and coordination for arrival inspection.

Delivery Results: All deliveries and document handovers were completed before the flood season, and the inspection was passed on the first attempt.
